the Boo Boo

Ingredients

1.5 oz. Dry Fly Barrel Reserve Gin

2 blackberries

.5 oz honey water

.5 oz lime juice

. 25 oz Royal Rose Lemon-Lavender syrup

egg white of one egg.

Method

Shake the egg white first, then add all ingredients and ice. Shake again and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with fresh lavender and blackberry garnish.
